  • How does the revision process work?

Tracking - for recording sessions, I’ll send you a private link to your session where you can hear the song in an HD wav. file format and input time-stamped comments that I will be able to see. I can then make these changes and you can A/B the takes all on one screen.

Mixing - for mixing sessions the process works the same way. High quality HD wav. files, time-stamped comments, and A/B different mixes all make the process very easy.

As an added service for my mixing clients, I also offer the option of scheduling a one-on-one mix revision session. For this, we schedule an appointment time and I send you a link that allows you to stream high-quality audio from your computer straight to your speakers or headphones. You can make your mix adjustments with me as if you were in the room. These are generally 30min sessions and are done after an initial mix is completed.

  • How many revisions are included?

Drum and percussion sessions include the first tracking of the part plus two (2) additional takes for changes or switching out drums, cymbals etc.

Mixing sessions include the initial mix plus two (2) additional mix revisions and one (1) virtual one-on-one revision. The final one-on-one virtual mix revision session is available should you want to do a final listen through with me in real-time.

My goal is to not nickel and dime clients with revision costs. With good pre-production and clear direction, most sessions are finalized within the first 1-2 takes or mixes.

  • How will you deliver the tracks or mixes?

The files are put in a zip. folder and sent via a free, secure file sharing service called www.WeTransfer.com.

  • Do you do mastering?

I do mastering on a project by project basis. Generally, I prefer to send mixes out for mastering as I have contacts at multiple award-winning mastering houses that do fantastic work.

If you would like me to mix and master your music, just let me know.

  • How are payments made?

Payments and deposits are made through PayPal. This is a free service and there are no extra fees.

All payments are in U.S. Dollars.
